- The money. Funds are disbursed from our account to yours over IMPS/NEFT. No wallet, no third-party pass-through.
- The loan agreement. Sanction letter, KFS and repayment schedule are issued in our name, under RBI digital lending norms.
- Grievance redressal. Escalations reach our nodal officer at +91-9355753533 — a real person, not a chatbot.
